We collect information you provide when creating an account: email address, name, and payment information (processed by Lemon Squeezy, not stored by us). We also collect API usage data including request timestamps, model names, token counts, and error codes. We do NOT collect the content of your API requests beyond what is necessary for billing and rate limiting.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and maintain our API services, process payments, send service-related communications, monitor and analyze usage patterns, and enforce rate limits and fair use policies. We do not train AI models on your data or sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Sharing

We share your data only with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform: Lemon Squeezy for payment processing, and our upstream model providers (DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud, MiniMax, Kuaishou, ByteDance, Shengshu AI) who process your API requests. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purposes of providing the requested service.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. API request logs are retained for 90 days for billing and troubleshooting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your usage data at any time. You can request account deletion by emailing us. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and security purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though this may affect dashboard functionality.
