Terms of Service

By using Panda World's API services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Panda World, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use our API services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our API services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service for any illegal purpose, to generate harmful content, to circumvent rate limits, or to reverse engineer our systems.

Payment Terms

Services are billed in advance on a pay-as-you-go basis. All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with outstanding balances.

API Usage Limits

We enforce rate limits and usage quotas to ensure service stability. These limits are documented in our API documentation and may be adjusted from time to time. Excessive usage that degrades service for other customers may result in temporary throttling.

Intellectual Property

Our platform, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your code and data. The output generated by AI models through our API is owned by you, subject to the model provider's terms.

Model Authenticity Guarantee

Panda World guarantees that all API responses are generated by the requested model as stated in our documentation and pricing table. We maintain direct relationships with upstream providers (DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud, MiniMax, and others) and route requests to their official APIs. If you can demonstrate that a response was not generated by the requested model, we will refund the cost of that request. This guarantee does not cover differences in model behavior, output quality, or availability between upstream providers. To file a claim, contact support@pandaworld.space with the request ID and evidence within 14 days of the incident.

Limitation of Liability

Panda World provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your API keys will be deactivated and any remaining balance will be refunded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
